Meet Crystal and Sam, the front of house staff at Wolfgang’s, Beverley Hills.

Crystal also works as a television production assistant for E-Entertainment. It’s going to take her a while to get over the fact that I’m the only person she’s ever served that hasn’t finished off the baby back ribs. *I’m tiny! They were delicious though.

Sam used to manage restaurants in Chicago, and gave us some outstanding insight into where to eat in what he calls the ‘food capital of America’. He’s also a realtor (or real estate agent) Hence the tie! *Chicago tips are attached.


So according to Sam, there is a place next to Gibson’s famous Steaks that’s called Hugo’s Frog Bar. The trick is, Hugo’s gets all of its steaks from Gibson’s but they also have a huge selection of amazing fresh seafood as well. *Steak is just as good, the range is  doubly extensive – yeah!
